Who is responsible

What we process and why
This website (mangerly.com) needs no account and collects no personal data. Visitor statistics are counted without cookies and without storing IP addresses (see Statistics).
Your account in the Mangerly app (app.mangerly.com):
- e-mail address, name, password (stored only as a one-way hash), country, profession and preferred language;
- when you accepted the terms, and which version;
- your organisation: name, country, VAT number, billing e-mail, and whether it is a business or a private customer;
- members and invitations of your organisation;
- what you do in the app: products consulted, compared, exported or followed, product requests, and validations you submit. This keeps your credits and history correct and lets us improve the service.
We use this to provide the service you signed up for (performance of the contract).
Payments are handled by Mollie. We keep a record of every payment: amount, VAT, date, plan, the billing country you gave and the country of the card or bank account Mollie reports. Belgian and EU VAT law requires us to keep these records, as evidence of where the customer is (legal obligation).
Security: our servers keep technical logs (for example failed sign-ins) for a short time, to keep the service safe (legitimate interest).
Suppliers and partners only ever see aggregated statistics, never data about individual users. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

Both act under a data processing agreement. Your data stays in the EU.
How long we keep it
- Account and organisation data: as long as the account exists. When you close your account, we delete or anonymise it within 30 days, except what we must keep by law.
- Payment and invoice records: 10 years, as required by Belgian tax law and the EU One-Stop Shop rules.
- Technical logs: at most 90 days.
Cookies
- The website sets no cookies.
- The app sets one session cookie when you sign in, so that you stay signed in. It is strictly necessary for the service, so no consent is needed. It is removed when you sign out or when it expires.
- There are no advertising, tracking or third-party cookies.
Statistics
We count visits with Umami, which runs on our own server. It uses no cookies, does not store IP addresses or build profiles, and respects your browser's Do Not Track setting. We only ever look at totals.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to info@mangerly.com; we reply within one month.
If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority, www.dataprotectionauthority.be.
Changes
When this statement changes in a way that matters, we tell account holders by e-mail before it takes effect.
